Our Mental Health Ministry doesn't just wait for people to come to us. We're reaching out, showing up, and walking alongside those who need support.

"If it's professional help that's needed, we're a companion with them or an advocate with them. We'll help them to get there and we'll stay with them beyond there," shares Sheila McGlinchey, a parishioner of St. Patrick Parish in Wareham.

Everything shared with a minister stays confidential, and no one is left to take the next step alone. The journey doesn't end when help is found. Someone will walk with you every step of the way.

Please join us for our second Mental Health Mass of October on Saturday, October 24, at 4:00 p.m. at Corpus Christi Church, 324 Quaker Meeting House Road, East Sandwich.

This Mass will be offered for those who have lost a loved one to su***de, drug or alcohol use, or mental illness, and for all who are currently experiencing mental health challenges.

Tomorrow marks the 100th World Mission Sunday!

A century ago, Pope Pius XI established this day to inspire prayer and support for the Church’s missionary work. In this video, Pope Leo XIV shares how those prayers helped shape his own call as an Augustinian missionary in Peru and thanks everyone who has supported the mission over the years.

This year’s theme, “One in Christ, United in Mission,” reminds us that through baptism, each of us has a part in bringing the Gospel to all people, especially the poorest and those most in need. We hope you will join us tomorrow in helping to bring the Gospel to places where hope and healing are most needed.
