We are a come-as-you-are church, no pretense, no religiosity, no check list of what you should look like. Welcome back, Pastor Baly! After four months of intentional rest, sabbatical, and welcoming a new son, our lead pastor returns with a renewed conviction and deeper love for Jesus and His church.

His message is simple yet profound: Christ desires to dwell in our hearts, not just pass through. In a world obsessed with external noise and quick fixes, God is calling us to a deeper, inward journey where He transforms us from the inside out. Pastor Baly shared Paul's powerful prayer from Ephesians 3:14-21, reminding us that God's love is wider, longer, higher, and deeper than we can comprehend.

This summer we're launching a new series: "Dear SVA: Pastoral Words for a Church Becoming." Join us as we explore what it means to be a people who are God-attentive and God-responsive, filled with the fullness of Christ.

🚨 Pastor Baly is back! 🚨

After 4 months away, 1 sabbatical, 1 new baby, 14 church visits, and countless diapers, Pastor Baly is officially back at SVA.

Sabbatical highlights:
👶 Welcomed baby Shepherd
📚 Read books without writing a sermon afterward
😴 Learned newborns don’t recognize sabbaticals
🏃 Bought the right running shoes and now claims running isn’t that bad

He’s returning refreshed, grateful, and excited for what God has in store next.
