A Special Thank You to Andrea Bleich!

We want to give a big THANK YOU to Andrea Bleich for taking the time to teach our youth how to serve as acolytes at American Lutheran Church!

Learning to acolyte is more than learning how to light candles—it’s learning about service, responsibility, and being an important part of worship. We are so thankful for Andrea’s patience, guidance, and willingness to share her time with our young people.

Andrea, thank you for helping prepare the next generation to serve in our church. We are so blessed to have you!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who volunteered at our Hot Dogs & Haircuts – National Night Out outreach event. Whether you helped get everything to the Community Building and set up, greeted guests, served hot dogs, distributed personal care items, visited with families, or simply shared a warm smile, your kindness made a lasting impact.

Because of your willingness to serve, we had the opportunity to welcome our neighbors, build relationships, and share the love of Christ in a meaningful way. Every conversation, every act of kindness, and every helping hand reflected God's love to our community.

We are truly blessed to be part of such a caring and generous congregation. Thank you for giving your time, your talents, and your hearts to this ministry. Together, we continue to:

🎒✨ Backpack Blessing – This Sunday, August 2! ✨🎒

School is almost here… let’s begin the year with God’s blessing!

We invite all students, teachers, school staff, administrators, coaches, and anyone working in our schools to bring your backpack, book bag, laptop bag, or school tote to worship this Sunday, August 2, at 9:30 a.m.

During Children’s Time, Pastor Rob will offer a special blessing over everyone as we pray for a safe, successful, and faith-filled school year. Together, we’ll ask God to guide, protect, and strengthen all who are learning and serving in our schools.

Each student will also receive a special “This Backpack Has Been Blessed” tag as a reminder that God is with them wherever they go.

Whether you’re starting preschool, heading off to college, or serving in our schools, this blessing is for you!

Join us at American Lutheran Church as we send our students and educators into a new school year with God’s love, encouragement, and grace.

Our congregation was super blessed this morning with Special Music!

What a wonderful blessing it was to welcome these talented musicians as they shared their gifts with us during worship. We are grateful for their willingness to help lead us in praise through music!

We were incredibly blessed on Easter by Bekah Kimberlin, whose beautiful voice lifted our hearts as she sang “King of Kings.” Her performance was truly moving and a powerful reminder of the joy and hope of the resurrection.
