Bandit & Fr would like to thank the donors of the new, much needed hot tub!!!! A welcome find on the porch!Hahahaha!!!! Great stuff!

The Thomas Family caught a great Yankees & Royals game today at The K! Thank you to Dalton for all of his service to the parish as an altar server. And thanks to Clark & Enersen for donating the tickets & parking passes for our altar servers to each catch a ballgame with their families this summer!!!

May we pray for all of our nation's Killed & Missing in Action who heroically gave their lives so that we may enjoy the freedoms afforded in these United States.

There is always beauty & the Resurrection amidst chaos & destruction. Easter and Jesus' Life appears everywhere, thanks be to God!!!!

Fr will not be heading to Colorado this week for his nephew's graduation. He is around & is available via his cell phone. Daily Mass will be offered at 5pm this week at St Mike's but a heads up .......no electricity yet, so it's a bit warm & musty. But join in if you'd like!!!!

Fr headed to Alec this morning and there is no damage at St. Mary's or the cemetery!! He filed an insurance claim last night for the rectory roof damage and to get our other buildings looked at.

Look out for one another, stay safe, and let us pray to God for healthy moisture and protection from destructive storms!!

A huge thank you to John & Lori Ohlde, Allen Scheer, Bruce & Suzy Busing and Randy Prellwitz on a quick and thorough cleanup. It was a mess. Some damage to the rectory roof but all in all, we are grateful to God for the safety.

Let us pray for all of our community, our linemen, the city and county employees, and everyone who is inconvenienced by these storms. May God protect all and may God bless us all!!

SUNDAY OBLIGATION LIFTED FOR THIS WEEK AT ST. MICHAEL'S AND ST MARY'S DUE TO STORM

PLEASE STAY SAFE AT HOME

MASS WILL NOT BE OFFERED AT ST MARY'S THIS MORNING

MASS WILL BE OFFERED AT 10AM AT ST MICHAEL'S (since Fr is on location & must say Mass) BUT THE OBLIGATION IS LIFTED.....MEANING PLEASE STAY HOME AND SAFE. There is no power at St Michael's and large limbs down throughout the campus.
