When you notice yourself struggling, try offering yourself the same compassion youā€™d extend to someone you love. And when someone tests your patience, pause for a moment and remember that they may be carrying something you know nothing about.

Sometimes the smallest acts of gentleness can help keep another personā€™s flame burning šŸ•Šļø
