People of God, as we stand on the threshold of a historic and sacred moment in the life of our Washington State Inter-Jurisdictional Church of God in Christ, preparing for the 100th Holy Convocation, our hearts are being summoned beyond celebration into consecration. Our esteemed leaders, Bishop Alvin C. Moore, Sr. and Bishop Reginald C. Witherspoon, are calling the people of God into a solemn season of prayer, fasting, unity, and earnest petition before the Lord. As we honor 100 years of God’s faithfulness, we recognize that the glory of the Church will not be sustained by programs, personalities, or performance alone, but by the power of prayer, the presence of God, and a people wholly surrendered unto HIM. For 10 consecutive Mondays, we will humble ourselves before the Lord, seeking His face with intentionality and expectation.

Today, the Washington State Jurisdiction Church Of God In Christ pauses to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our nation.

On this Memorial Day, we salute the courage, dedication, and selfless service of those who gave their lives to protect the freedoms we enjoy today.

We also extend our heartfelt prayers and gratitude to the families of our fallen heroes. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

As we gather with loved ones, let us reflect with humility, honor with gratitude, and continue to pray for peace, unity, and strength across our nation.
