WE’RE STILL BASKING IN THE GLORY! 🔥🙌🏾
Two days later, our hearts are still full, our spirits are still stirred, and we are still basking in the power of God that was so mightily revealed during our Centennial Celebration of Faith, Inter-Jurisdictional 100th Holy Convocation! What we experienced was more than a celebration of 100 years, it was a sacred convergence of history, heritage, unity, worship, and divine visitation. We honored the shoulders upon which we stand, celebrated the faithfulness of God through generations, and witnessed fresh evidence that the same God who sustained us yesterday is still moving among us today.
Together, the Washington State Jurisdiction Church of God in Christ, under the leadership of Bishop Alvin C. Moore, Sr., and the Washington Northwest Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Church of God in Christ, under the leadership of Bishop Reginald C. Witherspoon, came together in a beautiful demonstration of unity and shared legacy.
From the preaching of the Word to the power of worship, from the honoring of our history to the fellowship of the saints, God met us in an undeniable way. Every service seemed to take us higher, and every gathering reminded us that what God established through sacrifice and faith 100 years ago is still alive, advancing, and bearing fruit today. As we close this historic chapter, we do so with profound gratitude. We remember the past. We celebrate the present. And we move boldly toward the future.
One hundred years behind us, and by the grace of God, the best is still ahead. To God be the glory for the great things He has done!
