Sunday Recap during our Kids Sunday service! Our very own Children’s leader Sister Lucretia Browning brought the message and a great illustration!
The armor of God isn’t just something we read about—it’s something we must put on every day.
She demonstrated with an orange with the peel which was protected. The one without it was exposed and vulnerable. The one with the peel floated while the one without sank.
In the same way, Ephesians 6:10-18 teaches us to put on the whole Armor of God. The enemy is looking for exposed areas, but God’s truth, righteousness, faith, salvation, and Word give us the protection we need to stand firm.
Don’t go into battle unprepared. Put on the Armor of God every day.
Then during Family Night we all gathered and fellowshipped and watched David in the sanctuary!
