All are invited to join us for a Pentecost Picnic celebration this Sunday, May 24, beginning at 11:30am! Please bring a dish to pass and stay (or come back) for lunch, refreshments, and cake — yes, cake… It’s the Church’s birthday!

After lunch, stick around to play in or cheer on a friendly game of kickball. We hope you can join us for this fun parish celebration!

Help Needed! Help is needed in setting up for the picnic between the Sunday morning Masses (9:30 to 10:30 am). If available, please come to the Parish Hall and check in with Chuck or Joan Foley. They would appreciate the help!

Join Us for Holy Week at St. Francis🕊✝

Holy Week is the most sacred time of the Church’s year. This week of great reverence and reflection spans the final eight days of Jesus’ life—from Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday. We remember and walk with Jesus through His triumphant entry into Jerusalem, as He celebrates the Last Supper, to His suffering, death, and Resurrection. These are the events through which Jesus Christ gave His life for each one of us and rose again in victory over sin and death.

Please join us during our Holy Week Events here at St. Francis.

About our speaker: Bart Schuchts is the founder of Church on Fire, has been associated with the John Paul II Healing Center since its inception, and has been in ministry across the body of Christ for over 35 years. Bart grew up in a Catholic home, yet drifted away from God while in college. Following a desperate plea to God while sitting in an NFL locker room, Bart had a powerful encounter with the Father’s love that transformed his life forever. Bart travels the country presenting at conferences and retreats, bringing thousands into an intimate and powerful encounter with the Father’s love, transforming lives, and equipping people to live more fully into Christ’s mission. The sacred season of Lent begins this week on Ash Wednesday, February 18. Masses will be celebrated at the following times:
• 8:30 am
• 7:00 pm

Lent is a time of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving—a season that invites us to slow down, reflect, and prepare our hearts for the joy of Easter to come. On Ash Wednesday, we are reminded that life is a gift and that now is the time to turn more fully toward God and grow in faith.

All are welcome to join us as we begin this holy season together.
