Celebrate Recovery Mercer Creek Church

Celebrate Recovery Mercer Creek Church A Bible based recovery program for your hurts, habits and hangups. Every Thursday evening. Are there things in my life that I do that hurt others? STAYS HERE.

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, 12 step recovery program for anyone struggling with hurt, pain or addiction of any kind. Celebrate Recovery is a safe place to find community and freedom from the issues that are controlling our life. Is there something I wish I could live without? Is it time to crack my denial and admit I am not in control of my life? Do I have a painful habit or hang-up f

rom which I need to be freed? If you answered “yes” to any of these statements then we urge you to attend a Celebrate Recovery meeting to see if it is for you. Is Celebrate Recovery confidential? Yes, Celebrate Recovery maintains strict confidentiality. This promotes an atmosphere of trust and enables recovery. We have a saying that is repeated in every Large Group meeting : WHO you see here. WHAT you hear here. WHEN you leave here. We are diligent about confidentiality and anonymity. The guidelines/rules protect all of us from judgment and being “fixed”. In a “safe place” you can take off your “mask” and be real and honest without fear. You are 100% in control of when and how much you participate. What types of issues are dealt with at Celebrate Recovery? A wide variety of hurts, hang ups and harmful behaviors are represented at Celebrate Recovery. Examples include dependency on alcohol or drugs, po*******hy, low self-esteem, need to control, depression, anger, co-dependency, depression, fear of rejection, fear of abandonment, perfectionism, broken relationships, and abuse.

Celebrate Recovery meets next Thursday evening, beginning at 6:00 PM, at the main doors in the Common Area, with a BBQ potluck before worship. We’ll be gathering for an encouraging Testimony night, coming together with honesty, hope, and connection.

This gathering is a meaningful opportunity to refocus, reconnect, and be encouraged through teaching centered on healing and growth. Whether you’re returning after a break or joining us for the first time, this is a great time to jump in and experience the heart of Celebrate Recovery.

We’re really looking forward to welcoming everyone and setting a strong tone for the year ahead. If you have any questions, feel free to send a DM or email [email protected]
We can’t wait to see you there and continue the journey together.

📢 Hey Forever Family, you don't have to face your hurts, hang-ups, and habits alone. Find a local Celebrate Recovery group near you by visiting CRLocator.com

🌍 COMMUNITY IS WHERE HEALING HAPPENS

🙌 Celebrate Recovery is for Everybody

✔️ For every background
✔️ For every hurt
✔️ For every struggle
✔️ For every person seeking hope and a fresh start

You belong here. You are welcome here. Healing starts here.

Jesus didn’t come for a particular group of people. He came for everyone. No matter your past, your pain, or your present struggles, He welcomes you into His family.

In the same way, Celebrate Recovery is a place for all of us because we all need healing in some area of our lives. Whether it’s anger, anxiety, addiction, grief, codependency, or control, CR is a safe and loving community where you don’t have to pretend to have it all together.

✍️ When we try to walk through life alone, our burdens feel heavier. But when we step into community, God uses others to encourage, challenge, and remind us that we are not alone. Healing happens when we connect, share, and grow together.

✝️“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2 (NIV)

🙏 Lord, thank You for creating a community where we can be genuine, honest, and accepted. Please help me stay connected, support others, and allow others to support me in return. Remind me daily that You designed me to live in fellowship, not isolation. Amen.
