Day 2: The God Who Knows You

Devotional
Your eyes have blind spots, but your brain automatically fills them in so you see a complete picture. You're unaware of this miraculous process happening thousands of times daily. This hidden complexity in something as simple as sight reveals a stunning truth: God created you with intricate details you'll never fully comprehend.
The same God who designed your eyes, your heart, and every cell in your body knows you intimately. He understands not just your physical makeup, but your emotional needs, your spiritual longings, and your deepest fears. Nothing about you surprises Him or overwhelms His capacity to care for you.

When you feel unknown or misunderstood by others, remember that your Creator invested incredible time and detail into making you exactly who you are. He knows your struggles before you voice them and sees your potential before you recognize it. This isn't distant, clinical knowledge - it's the intimate awareness of a loving Father who delights in His creation.

Bible Verse
"But will God indeed dwell on the earth? Behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain You. How much less this temple which I have built!" - 1 Kings 8:27 (NKJV)

Reflection Question
How does knowing that God intimately designed every detail of who you are change how you see yourself today?

Father, thank You for the incredible care You took in creating me. Help me see myself through Your eyes and trust that You know exactly what I need.

Day 1: Beyond Your Understanding

Devotional
Every moment of your life, your body performs countless functions you've never consciously controlled. Your heart beats, your lungs breathe, your eyes see - all without your understanding of how these miracles work. You have four tongue muscles you've never thought about, yet they help you speak every word. This reveals something profound: you already live by faith in systems beyond your comprehension.
God's thoughts and ways operate on an infinitely higher level than ours. Just as you trust your body's complex systems without understanding them, God invites you to trust His perfect wisdom even when His plans don't make sense to your limited perspective. He sees the complete picture of your life while you only see fragments.

The same Creator who designed your intricate body with 35 to 37 trillion cells has an equally detailed plan for your spiritual journey. You don't need to understand everything to experience God's best for your life. Sometimes the greatest breakthroughs come when we stop trying to figure everything out and simply trust the One who knows us better than we know ourselves.

"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways," says the Lord. - Isaiah 55:8 (NKJV)

What area of your life are you trying to control or understand instead of trusting God's higher wisdom?

Prayer
Lord, help me trust Your perfect wisdom even when I can't see the full picture. Teach me to walk by faith in Your higher ways, just as I trust the body You created for me.

Both Brooklyn’s got baptized at the tent revival!!!

Great revival - pictured is Brooklyn Whitrock. Baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Spirit!!!

We’re still in awe of all that God did at Jesus Tent Revival 🥹

What happened there was more than an event — we watched lives changed, families touched, prayers answered, and people experience the presence of God in a powerful way!

This Sunday, we want to invite our entire community to celebrate with us! Whether you were at the tent every night, came once, or simply heard about what was happening —— this celebration is for you.

We’ll spend time thanking God for all He did during the Jesus Tent Revival, hearing testimonies, worshiping together, hand out baptismal certificates, and enjoy fellowship together afterward.

The tent may be gone, but what God started is still moving in hearts throughout our region! Come celebrate with us. Come hear the stories. Come be encouraged. Most importantly, come experience the love of Jesus and the joy of a community coming together!
