The worst kind of jealousy is the one from someone that claims to love you. They down-play your wins. They try to discourage your dreams, may even put roadblocks on your path to success. That is not love. Love is not jealous. 1 Corinthians 13:4

Have you ever felt deep down that something was wrong in your relationship—even when you had no proof?
A quiet feeling. An internal alarm.A sense that something just wasn't adding up.
Sometimes those feelings turn out to be fear, insecurity, or past wounds speaking.
But sometimes they are discernment.
In this episode, we explore the cheating red flags that often appear before the truth is revealed and discuss how to distinguish genuine warning signs from anxiety-driven suspicion.
You'll learn:

Why emotional distance can be a significant warning sign
What defensiveness may reveal when simple questions trigger anger
Why divided attention often points to divided priorities
How discernment differs from fear and insecurity
What Scripture teaches about wisdom, intuition, and guarding your heart

Drawing on biblical principles, psychology, and real-life experiences, this episode offers practical guidance for anyone struggling to determine whether their concerns are valid or whether past wounds may be clouding their judgment.
Key Scriptures:Proverbs 4:23James 1:19Matthew 6:24Job 33:142 Timothy 1:7Psalm 139:23

Jealousy is a mirror to check yourself. If you are jealous, could it be reflecting your past wounds? Disappointments? Broken trust? Pray to Gid to heal you because carrying the wounds forward will eventually destroy your relationship.

SOCIAL MEDIA MADE JEALOUSY WORSE.
Now you’re comparing your life to millions of highlights.
Perfect bodies. Perfect relationships. Perfect lives.
But behind the screen? Most of it isn’t real.
Comparison steals your peace.
Protect your mind. Protect your peace.

Do you want to know if they truly love you? Then, set them free. Let them choose you. Forced love is no love at all.

A man married the most beautiful woman in the village…
the one every man wanted.
But instead of feeling blessed… he felt afraid.
Afraid someone would take her from him.
So he followed her everywhere.
Never let her out of his sight.
People said, “That’s love.”
But she knew the truth… it was control.
One day, she went to the stream—and like always, he followed.
She stepped into the bush for a moment…
and when she came back, she was holding a large bushmeat.
She looked him in the eyes and said:
“My lover inside gave me this.”
That moment exposed everything.
You can watch someone all day…
but you can’t control their choices.
If someone wants to betray you—they will find a way.
Control doesn’t create loyalty.
It destroys it.
Only trust can build a love that lasts.

Jealousy isn’t just insecurity… it’s a wound most people never healed.

People who get jealous have often been betrayed… abandoned… or made to feel like love can disappear at any moment.
So now they try to control everything—
not because they’re toxic… but because they’re afraid.
Afraid of losing again. Afraid of being hurt again.
But control doesn’t protect love… it slowly destroys it.
If you bring old wounds into new relationships, you risk suffocating something that could’ve grown.
Real healing starts here:
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” (Psalm 147:3)
Let God heal what hurt you…
so you don’t bleed on the people who didn’t.
