St Peter’s Ladies Book lovers! I do not have a library in my garden. Although, it’s a brilliant idea!! And I just love these beautiful images. Disclaimer: I do not know anything about this author or her work.. not promoting her, but I plan on doing some research on her.

I would like to invite you to my home on February 23, 2025 to the kickoff/ information meeting for the SPLC Women’s Ministry Book Club. We will meet from 12:30 - 2:30. Refreshments will be served. We will preview some potential and some definite book choices and decide together how we want the book club to operate. Please let me know if you will attend. Just looking for a count right now. The AALC Women of LIFE study:

Ruth: God’s love story to us frim God’s heart

Message us for facilitator information and locations. Workbook is $6

3rd Monday at 7:00pm via zoom
2nd Monday at 10:00 am
4th Tuesday at 9:00 am
Last Thursday at 7:00 pm

Sermon on the Mount:

3rd Monday at 6pm

Sunday Morning Ladies Bible Study at 9:45 am in the conference room at St. Peter’s administration office.

Ladies there are a couple of upcoming gatherings to mark your calendar for!

September 16, 2023 join us for our Progressive Garden Party. We have 3 ladies who have offered their lovely gardens for our Inspiration Event this year. We will gather at St. Peter’s and do a carpool caravan to each home where we will spend time with a short devotional, reflecting on how the garden of God’s grace enriches us. Lunch will be shared ar the middle location. Look for more information in the newsletter, the bulletin, email and your mailbox soon!

October 20-22, 2023 we will gather at Diamond Arrow Christian Campground in Grass Valley digging into the Truth and renew our understanding that “It’s All About Jesus”. You don’t want to miss this time of reflection, refreshing, and fellowship. There is information in the Newsletter and more information to come. Go ahead and reserve your spot now. Keep your eyes open for a St. Peter’s Women of LIFE survey which will be available to complete in the near future. We want (NEED) your input for this ministry to healthily continue. What do you, the women of St. Peter’s want and need from this ministry? There may or may not be some drawings for prizes for those completing the survey. Okay… there absolutely will be prize drawings for those participating in the survey. 😊

Happy New Year Ladies of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Elk Grove.

Our annual Women of LIFE meeting is next Sunday, January 9th after late service. Please let us know if you will be attending and if you can bring a salad or a crockpot of soup to share. Your 2022 officers will provide bread & beverages. Please respond to this post, call me, message me, sign up tomorrow at the clip board on the WOL table in the breezeway or call the church office by Wednesday 1/5 to let us know you will be attending.
