Forgiveness isn't always a moment. Sometimes, it's a journey🌄

As Dr.Nandakumar reminded us, forgiveness is the process of aligning our will and emotions with God's heart toward the person who has hurt us. And one of the ways that journey begins is through prayer.

Praying for the person who hurt us may not change what happened, but it can begin to change what that hurt is doing in our hearts❤️
