The ministry of The Way is founded in Christianity but dedicated to the expansion of consciousness and spirituality and the actual application of what Jesus taught about the laws of the universe and the indwelling Holy Spirit. We were created for connection; and it is in knowing and being known that we blossom into our fullest selves. Life is about community; and it is within community that we fin

Honoring Juneteenth ❤️🖤💚

Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865, the day news of freedom finally reached enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation had been issued. It stands as a reminder that justice delayed is not justice denied, and that the pursuit of freedom often requires perseverance, faith, and collective courage.

As followers of Christ, we recognize that Scripture consistently points us toward justice, dignity, compassion, and the inherent worth of every person created in the image of God. Juneteenth invites us to celebrate resilience, honor the sacrifices of those who came before us, and recommit ourselves to building communities marked by truth, reconciliation, and hope.

Today, we celebrate freedom, remember history, and continue the work of walking in love, justice, and unity.
