If Jesus is alive, why would you expect a powerless Christianity?

The same Jesus who saved, healed, delivered, restored, and transformed lives in the Bible is still alive today. His power didn’t expire with the first century. His presence didn’t leave the earth.

Maybe what our generation needs most isn’t a new idea about Jesus, but a fresh encounter with Him.

The church is not built around a dead founder or a distant memory. We gather in the presence of the living Christ.
Where Jesus is present, miracles are possible.
Where Jesus is present, the Kingdom invades the earth.
And where Jesus is present, His church is filled with power, hope, and life.
Jesus is not who He used to be.
Jesus is alive.

What an incredible Sunday at El Dorado First Assembly!

We had a wonderful time worshiping together, growing in God's Word, and celebrating all that He is doing in our church family. It's always encouraging to see lives being touched and people drawing closer to Jesus.

The fun didn't stop after service! Our church family gathered for an evening of softball and bingo filled with laughter, friendly competition, great fellowship, and lots of memories made. From the softball field to the bingo tables, it was a great reminder that church is more than a Sunday service—it's doing life together.

Thank you to everyone who came out, participated, and helped make the day so special. We love our church family and are excited for all God has in store in the days ahead!
