We are a ministry that exists to glorify God by supporting parents in their God-given role to lead their children to love and follow Jesus Christ. We are committed to providing a biblically rich environment where children can grow in their faith and deepen their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Children are very special gifts from God and they are wonderful to both you as parents and to us

as a church. Our FaithKids Ministry is designed to support parents in their responsibility for the spiritual nurture and growth of their children in a safe environment.

"When Nicodemus came to talk with Jesus, he wanted to know how a person could receive new life. Nicodemus studied the Law and tried his hardest to obey, and he hoped this would be enough to afford eternal life. Jesus’ response showed Nicodemus that no one could earn eternal life on their own because it came at a cost too great to afford.

This might sound like bad news, but Jesus gave us good news in the familiar words of John 3:16. In our key passage, Jesus said, “For God loved the world in this way: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.”

God paid the highest price by sending His own Son. When we could never earn eternal life, God has graciously given it as a free gift to all who believe in Jesus!

Nicodemus was a religious leader, but he needed to be born again to enter the kingdom of God. Jesus shared how the Spirit causes people to be born again to new life. Anyone who believes in Jesus will be born again and receive eternal life.

Pray: God, Your love is bigger than we can even imagine. You loved the world enough to send Your own Son to save the world and to give eternal life to all who trust in Him. Thank You that
even though we have nothing to offer for such a gift, You have made it available to anyone who believes in the name of Jesus. Amen."

A miracle is something amazing that only God can do — something that is completely impossible for people. Miracles break the normal rulesof how the world works. People can't walk on water, make blind peoplesee, or calm a raging storm with words. But Jesus could do all of these things and more!

When Jesus lived on earth, He did many, many miracles. The Bible records about 37 specific ones, but John tells us that Jesus did so many more that all the books in the world couldn't contain them all (John 21:25). That's a LOT of miracles!

Jesus did miracles to help others and to show that God was with Him. But His miracles also proved something very important — that He truly is the Son of God, with the power of God. Miracles brought God glory and brought many to believe in Him.

Some of Jesus' most beautiful miracles were healing people who were sick or hurting. Everywhere He went, people brought their sick friends and family members to Him, and He healed them, like the little boy in our Bible reading. Jesus didn't just heal people — Heal so showed His power over nature itself. Storms, water, food —everything obeyed Him!

Jesus came to save people from their sin and to bring new lifet hrough His greatest miracle—the resurrection. For those who believe in Jesus, they aren’t just better; they are a new creation in Christ!

We can believe in Jesus. Those who trust in Jesus are saved from their sin and changed to become more like Jesus.

Pray: Dear Jesus, thank You for showing Your power and love by turning water into wine and healing the nobleman's son. Help us trust that You can do amazing things through our lives too. Amen.

"Have you ever played “Follow the Leader?” In the game, one person is the leader, and the rest of the group must imitate whatever actions he or she does. If the leader jumps up and down, then the group must jump up and down. If the leader clucks like a chicken, everyone must also cluck like a chicken. The point of the game is to pay special attention to the leader and mimic what they do.
Thinking about the rules of this game helps us understand what Jesus meant when He said to the disciples, “Follow Me.” Jesus was inviting them to walk with Him and watch Him teach people about the kingdom of God. Along the way, Jesus would also be teaching them and showing them how He is the Son of God. Then, Jesus would give them power and opportunity to share in the work of telling others about the kingdom of God.
One day, these followers of Jesus would have the chance to tell the world the good news about Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. This small group of disciples led to hundreds of followers, and after Jesus’ resurrection the number of believers grew into the thousands! Today, there are billions of people who have accepted the invitation to believe in Jesus and follow Him!
Jesus still calls people to follow Him today. Everyone who repents and trusts that Jesus died and rose again for their sins is His follower. Jesus is worth following, no matter what we have to leave behind.
Pray: Jesus, You are the Son of God. You are the King who lived a perfect life, died as a sacrifice for sin, and rose again as the King above all kings. Help us believe in this good news and to share it with the world who needs to hear it. Amen."

Have you ever been drawn by the smell of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies? In 2003, theImmaculate Baking Company of North Carolina created a giant outdoor oven and baked theworld’s biggest cookie. The chocolate-chip monstrosity stretched 102 feet wide and weighedmore than 40,000 pounds! Can you imagine how big that temptation must have been?

We have all given in to temptations that cause us to sin. It might be the temptation to eat acookie when Mom said to wait, or it could be the temptation to play a few more minutes ofvideo games when we are supposed to turn off our devices. As hard as we might try, we allsin. That’s why we need Jesus!

When Jesus was tempted by Satan, Jesus used the Word of God to do battle with the enemy.Jesus did not give in, and He remained perfect and righteous. The Word of God—the Bible—can help us avoid sin and flee from temptation, but we have an even greater defense. The Gospel of John says that Jesus is the Word made flesh. All who believe in Jesus have beenset free from the power of sin and given the power to say no to temptation. Jesus is theperfect, righteous Savior who came to battle sin and defeat it for good

Like us, Jesus experienced temptation. But unlike us, Jesus never sinned. When werepent and believe Jesus died on the cross to pay for our sins and rose again, Godcredits us with Jesus’ perfect life.

Pray: Jesus, You are the Word who came to live with people. You used God’s Word toovercome Satan’s temptations, and now we see that You are the Word whose sacrifice hasdefeated sin forever. When we face temptation, help us look to You as our rescue from sin andour source of power to say no to sin. Amen.

In the Old Testament, the prophets spoke God’s messages to encourage people to turn away from sin and back to God. But after the prophet Malachi, there were no more prophetic messages from God for 400 years. It was silence until God sent a new messenger named John the Baptist.

John spoke God’s message to the people. He told them to turn away from sin because the kingdom of God was very near! John’s message broke the silence and signaled the coming of Jesus, the Messiah. Later, when John saw Jesus coming, he said to the crowds, “Behold, the Lamb Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!”

God spoke through His prophets in the Old Testament, like Isaiah and Malachi, and shared His plan to send Jesus into the world to save people from sin. When the time had come, God called John to be a witness for Jesus. Anyone who trusts in Jesus will be saved.

Pray: Jesus, You are the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. Help us to turn away from sin and turn to You. Give us opportunities like John to point others to You. Amen.

In 2011, a car company aired a commercial featuring a young child dressed in a costumeattempting to use imaginary powers to control objects around the house. After several failedattempts at moving objects, the boy stands in front of his dad’s car, puts his hands out towardthe car, and the car engine starts! The boy is amazed at his powers, but the commercialreveals the dad is standing inside the house using a remote to start the car. The father was incontrol the whole time!

As we read the book of Esther, God’s name never appears in the story. He is not mentionedone time, yet it is evident that He is in control the whole time! When Mordecai heard Haman’sevil plan to kill the Jews, he reminded Esther that perhaps God had made her queen for apurpose. God used Esther to save His people from Haman.Esther’s life did not go exactly the way she had planned. There were ups and downs, but Godwas in control the whole time! We can trust that God has a plan for us too. No matter whathappens in our lives, we can know that God is in control, and His plans will always be for Hisglory and our good.

Even though Haman tried to hurt God’s people, God was in control and had a plan tosave the Jews. Sin hurts us and breaks our relationship with God, but God had a planfrom the very beginning to save us through Jesus death on the cross.

Pray: God, You are always in control. Help us trust that You have a plan and Your plans aregood. Even when we don’t understand what is happening, remind us that You have the powerto use what the enemy meant for evil and turn it for good and for Your glory! Amen.
