We have some changes to lunch this week. The Library has its exotic zoo tomorrow, the 3rd, until 12 so lunch will go from 12-1 tomorrow. Friday the library has its kickoff party and will be serving lunch so we will not be having lunch on Friday so the kids can go there!

Thank you to the ladies at St. Mary's Catholic Church for serving at summer lunch today!!!! Today the kids are having lunchables, carrots with ranch, applesauce, and bananas! We will be here until 12:30!

**A Special Offering for Sophie and Mandy**

Many of you have been praying for Sophie and her family, and we wanted to share an update on their journey.

Sophie’s health challenges have become more serious, and she is now receiving dialysis treatments while working toward being placed on the transplant list. Because of her size and specialized medical needs, local facilities are not equipped to provide the care she requires. As a result, she has been traveling to Detroit three times each week for dialysis treatments.

This has placed a tremendous burden on the family. Mandy has been unable to work because of the time and care required to support Sophie through these treatments. The financial, emotional, and physical demands have been overwhelming.

Recently, the family made the difficult decision to move out of their home and they will relocate to North Carolina, where they will be closer to a dialysis center that can meet Sophie’s needs and where they will have additional family support during this challenging season.

As the body of Christ, we are called to bear one another’s burdens and support one another in times of need. This Sunday, we will be receiving a special offering to help Sophie, Mandy, and their family with medical-related expenses, travel costs, relocation expenses, and other needs that arise during this transition.

Most importantly, we ask that you continue to keep Sophie and her family in your prayers. Pray for strength, healing, wisdom for her medical team, a successful transplant journey, and God's peace and provision every step of the way.

"Bear one another's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." – Galatians 6:2
