He is not here.

The place that once held death
now holds nothing.

The stone was real
The grave was sealed
The silence felt final

Everything said
it was over

But heaven had already decided
this was not the end

“He is not here,
for He is risen,
just as He said.”

Not almost
Not symbolically
Not eventually

He rose

Which means—

Death doesn’t win
Grief doesn’t have the final word
And what feels buried in your life
is not beyond resurrection

The tomb is empty
so your hope doesn’t have to be

Come and see

Jesus knew…
He knew the table
was surrounded by hearts
that wouldn’t stay

He knew the silence
that would come in the garden
when His friends fell asleep

He knew the kiss
was already planned

He knew the denial
would come before sunrise

He knew the cross
wasn’t far away

And still

Jesus stayed

He broke the bread
He poured the cup

He knelt

Not confused
not surprised
not hoping things would turn

But knowing

Knowing exactly
how the story would unfold

And still choosing it

He washed the feet
that would walk away

He held the hands
that would let go

He loved
without hesitation

Because Jesus doesn’t love
based on what you’ll do

He loves
knowing everything

And still choosing you

So when you wonder
if He sees you

He does

When you wonder
if He knows your failures

He does

When you wonder
if you’ve gone too far

You haven’t

Because Jesus knew

And He went to the cross
anyway

For you
