With 20+ years of experience, Heather provides warm, compassionate support to children, teens, adults, and families. She utilizes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, and Family Systems Therapy along with creative techniques for children.
