UUEA's first ever Community Sunday brought color and joy to an otherwise cloudy, rainy spring day!🌷💓

Our service featured a Flower Ceremony and two activities - origami flower crafting and flower pot painting. This effort in intergenerational, hands-on community building will be a feature during the last Sunday on every month during our upcoming church year - September 2026 thru May 2027.

Join us for our upcoming Sunday Service program:

Program: Inaugural Community Sunday!

Community Sundays consist of a shared spiritual beginning where all ages connect, then branch out into meaningful experiences together. This new service format is an intergenerational worship-and-engagement program designed to strengthen connection, belonging, and spiritual growth across all ages. Join us the last Sunday of each month for this special gathering of friends and family!

Features of this month's gathering:
- Short service featuring the UUEA flower ceremony
- Two activities: origami paper flower crafting & flower pot painting and seed planting
- End of the Year Picnic: Shredded bbq chicken and rolls will be provided. Please feel to bring a dish or drink to share.

This past Sunday, a small but mighty group of UUEA members marched in the Pride Parade because love is love, and everyone belongs here. 🌈 We show up because our faith calls us to justice, inclusion, and celebrating every beautiful person exactly as they are!

The UUEA June Fundraiser is in support of Niagara Pride!

Niagara Pride is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving LGBTQ+ individuals and families in Niagara County and Western New York (WNY). They offer educational programming, engage in charitable works, and offer social programming to create a safe and welcoming environment for all those who identify as LGBTQ+ living throughout WNY. Niagara Pride, Inc. envisions a LGBTQ+ community in which individuals and families feel safe, secure, and affirmed where they live, work, worship, and play, especially in the Niagara County and the surrounding WNY areas. Niagara Pride strives to be an integrated part of the social fabric of Western New York.

Happy Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈

We kicked off the festivities a day early during our Pride Sunday service on the 31st. A great mix of members and new friends spent the morning in the Sanctuary, participated in our Glitter Blessing ceremony, and listened to an eye-opening presentation by Dr. Ronald Piaseczny, president of Niagara Pride.

Thank you to those of you who attended this special, and extra fabulous, event with UUEA!
