Hello Everyone-
Our stake blood drive is Thursday, June 11, from 1-7pm, at our stake center. We are down to the wire--we need just 20 more donors to reach our goal and there are many afternoon slots available.
Think about it: you already have blood. It's just sitting there doing blood things. Why not let some of it go help save lives?
We are looking for 20 brave volunteers willing to:
Sit in a comfy chair
Enjoy some snacks
Receive compliments from the blood drive staff
Leave knowing you've helped patients in need
That's right--this may be the only opportunity you'll have all week to be called a hero while eating cookies.
If you've been waiting to sign up, now's the time. We need 20 more donors, which is roughly:
Half a bowling league
Two basketball teams plus substitutes
One ambitious family reunion
