Dyersburg FUMC (as the host church) working with churches in Dyersburg, Dyer County, and the surrounding community is on the move to create an innovative faith based respite program called Happy Friends with the purpose of:
Hosting a social program for “friends” with early stages of dementia
Providing structured relief for caregivers
This weekly 4 hour program needs a part time Program Director!
Are you a motivated, compassionate, organized leader who can:
✅ Cultivate a professional environment to provide programs for those with dementia
✅ Build relationships with community partners and fundraise
✅ Recruit, train, support, and manage volunteers

-The position starts at $20/hr for up to an initial 10 hours per week.
