🙏 CASEY COUNTY SCHOOL PRAYER WALKS 🙏

As a new school year begins, let’s do what God’s people have always done—we pray.

Our children will walk through these doors carrying hopes, fears, excitement, and challenges. Teachers and staff will pour countless hours into educating, encouraging, protecting, and loving our students. They need our prayers now more than ever.

Whether you have children in school, grandchildren, are an educator, or simply love this community, we invite you to come and pray. You don’t have to be a pastor or a prayer warrior. You simply need a heart willing to stand in the gap for our schools.

Please join the prayer walk for your school—or attend any of the locations listed below. Together, let’s pray for:
❤️ Protection over every student and staff member.
📚 Wisdom for teachers, administrators, and school leaders.
🤝 Kindness, unity, and encouragement in every classroom.
💙 Safety on every bus, playground, hallway, and campus.
🙏 That God would be welcomed into every heart and every home represented by our schools.

Today was a wonderful day in the Lord’s house at Thomas Ridge Church! ❤️

Bro. Hershel welcomed everyone and reminded us to faithfully pray for those on our church prayer list, as well as our leaders—from Washington, D.C., to our state, county, and local officials—that God would give them wisdom, discernment, and guidance.

What a blessing it was to have Sister Cindy back with us and to know Bro. Todd is home and continuing to improve! We worshipped together through the hymns Because He Lives, Jesus Saves, Jesus, Hold My Hand, and Mansion Over the Hilltop. Sister Libby touched our hearts with the beautiful special, Calvary Is the Reason Why.

Bro. Hershel’s message from Luke 16:19-31, “Roadblocks to Hell: How God Places Things in Our Path for Redirection,” reminded us that God lovingly places opportunities, warnings, and convictions along life’s journey to draw us closer to Him.
