Today we talked about what it looks like to actually live wearing the armor…not just knowing what every piece is. 🔥

🛡️ The Shield of Faith
The arrows may come, but they don’t have to become a fire. Faith says, “I may not know what happens next, but I know WHO I trust.”

👀 And ultimately, our eyes stay on JESUS.

📖 2 Corinthians 3:18
As we behold Him, we are being transformed into His image.

That’s the goal.

We aren’t becoming more obsessed with the battle.
We aren’t becoming more focused on the enemy.

❤️‍🔥 We are beholding Jesus and becoming more like the One we behold.

We’re still getting dressed. 👀🔥

This Sunday we continued through the whole armor of God with:

❤️ The Breastplate of Righteousness
👣 The Shoes of the Gospel of Peace

Righteousness reminds us that our confidence isn’t in how good we can be..our righteousness is found in Jesus. And because we’ve been made right with Him, we learn to actually walk right with Him.

Then comes peace.

Not the kind of peace that requires everything around us to behave. 😂
Jesus-kind-of-peace. The kind that keeps our feet steady when everything else is moving.

📖 “Stand firm therefore…having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having strapped on your feet the gospel of peace…” — Ephesians 6:14–15 AMP

🔥 Righteousness guards what is vital. Peace steadies where we stand.

Truth around us. Righteousness guarding us. Peace beneath us. Jesus within us. Now STAND. 🛡️🔥

Norbert and I will be joining AP Bian for a time of encouragement, equipping, and strengthening leaders across nations.

There is something beautiful about what God does when His Body reaches beyond borders, cultures, and miles to build together. ❤️‍🔥

We’ve spent weeks talking about building a strong foundation.

Now we’re learning how to stand on it.

Ephesians 6 is not an invitation to become obsessed with the enemy. It is a call to become deeply established in Jesus.

The armor is not a costume.
The armor is not magic language.
The armor is not religious hype.

✨ Truth
✨ Righteousness
✨ Peace
✨ Faith
✨ Salvation
✨ The Word
✨ Prayer

This is what it looks like to put on Christ.

“Be strong in the Lord [draw your strength from Him and be empowered through your union with Him] and in the power of His [boundless] might.” — Ephesians 6:10 AMP

We are not standing because the battle is small.

We are standing because our God is mighty. 🛡️🔥
