What a joy to worship together yesterday and pack out the Grand River Center! We pray that it's more than just a one-time service, but a turning point in your life to "start again" with Jesus.

Hey New Life! We just received our invite cards for Easter! Grab a few this Sunday and invite a friend or two. We would love for "each one to bring one", so those around us can share in the hope we have in Jesus.

If you have been confused reading the end of Exodus 4, join us in the conversation!

We've created a podcast that goes over the sections of Exodus that we won't be able to cover on Sunday mornings. We hope that this is a helpful tool for you as you continue to study the scripture on your own.

All authority in heaven and earth has been given to Jesus. That's not just a nice saying—it's a kingdom proclamation that changes everything.

In Matthew 28, Jesus gives us the Great Commission, but notice what comes first: He declares His complete authority. He's King of Kings, President of Presidents. And from that authority, He invites us into the most beautiful story ever told—a story of redemption, reconciliation, and restoration.

Here's the thing: we naturally talk about what we love, what works, and what's beautiful. When we're awestruck by Jesus, sharing Him becomes as natural as telling someone about an incredible movie or a life-changing experience. The completion of our joy in salvation is found in sharing what He's done.

The church isn't dying—it's alive and growing in ways we can't even see. Jesus is at work in Dubuque, in your workplace, in your neighborhood. The question is: are you still captivated by the beauty of this gospel?

What if the "real world" we're so worried about isn't actually real at all? This Sunday, we explored Jesus' radical invitation in Matthew 6 to stop living for the crushing weight of bills, worries, and wealth—and start living for something far greater.

Jesus doesn't just want to add some spiritual polish to our busy lives. He's inviting us into a completely different reality: the Kingdom of God. When He says "seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you," He's making an incredible promise. Take care of His business, and He'll take care of yours.

The question isn't whether we understand this—it's whether we'll actually trust it. What do you really want from life? Because when we put first things first, we get second things thrown in. But when we chase after secondary things, we lose both.

Watch or rewatch this message and let the Spirit do some heart surgery. The Kingdom is more real than anything else.

Merry Christmas!

Here's the truth - joy isn't just happiness about circumstances. It's the deep satisfaction of knowing God is genuinely happy to be with YOU. Yes, you. Not just everyone else. You.

The Apostle Paul wrote "rejoice in the Lord always" not from a beach vacation, but from PRISON. He learned the secret of contentment in any circumstance - and it's available to us too.

When Monday comes and everything hits the fan. When the hard conversation happens. When the pain doesn't go away. That's when joy matters most. Because joy is rooted in relationship with Jesus, not in perfect circumstances.

You were designed for joy-filled relationships with God and others. That's not wishful thinking - that's how you're wired.

What if Christians became known for being joyful instead of judgmental?
