The Temple Collective, a new co-ed health and wellness life group, had its first meeting tonight 💪🏼🙌🏼

They meet every other Tuesday at 6:00 PM to explore what the Bible says about living a healthier life. Together, they’ll talk about everything from nutrition and exercise to mental wellness and daily habits that strengthen both body and spirit 😍

All study materials are provided free of charge.

Each session will also include a taste test, and participants will receive the recipes along with some of the key ingredients to try at home. (Led by Emily Hultman and Nikki Allen)

We are blessed to have the DuBois Continuum of Care Community staff offering their time to help out with a few meals this year. They began their service this past Wednesday at Bethany Covenant Church, and it went great! Our “Downtown Dinners” serve over 100 people each month, a joint venture of various community organizations, and every hand is appreciated. We look forward to a growing partnership. - Pastor Rick
