The Temple Collective, a new co-ed health and wellness life group, had its first meeting tonight 💪🏼🙌🏼

They meet every other Tuesday at 6:00 PM to explore what the Bible says about living a healthier life. Together, they’ll talk about everything from nutrition and exercise to mental wellness and daily habits that strengthen both body and spirit 😍

All study materials are provided free of charge.

Each session will also include a taste test, and participants will receive the recipes along with some of the key ingredients to try at home. (Led by Emily Hultman and Nikki Allen)
