Jesus says that when the Spirit shows up, you can't place the Spirit in a box, can't control what the Spirit does, or tell where its been or where its going. But after we position, prepare, and pray, we can expect the Spirit to move.

Jesus promised to send the Holy Spirit but the disciples and followers had to prepare for the Spirit's coming. We will look at what they did to prepare.

We're often taught that if we want to grow in Christian maturity, we have to do certain things. Maybe maturing is not based on performance but upon our posture and position before God that transforms us?
