Within marriage, the sexual relationship is a gift from God with a twofold purpose: union & procreation (Gen 1:28; 2:24–25). Inside marriage, it is honorable & valuable, but outside marriage, it is sinful. (See Prov 5:15–20; 1 Cor 6:16-19; 7:2–5; Heb 13:4.)
