Dodge Center United Methodist Church will livestream their worship service on Sunday, June 21st, 2026 at 8:30 a.m..

On this Father’s Day Sunday, Rev. Dr. Daren Flinck will be sharing the message entitled “Father Knows Best” - based on Matthew 10:24-39. “When I became a father, it took me a while to learn what a good father needs to be like. When I became a follower of Jesus Christ, I knew in my heart I didn’t know everything I wanted to know. When I entered the ministry to answer God’s call, I knew in my heart that I didn’t understand all the wonderful mysteries of God. After 34 years of full-time ministry, I know there are still things to learn. And now, whether I am at Kenyon or Dodge Center or the Mayo Clinic, I know in my heart that I will continue to learn, to understand, to grow in Christ.

This advice comes to everyone, not just to the men out there. To the best of my understanding, it is all about service to God. Go where God calls you to go. Do what God leads you to do. Because, after all, Father knows best!”
