Our VBS item mission is to donate items to Our Home. The girls’ top request was a variety of fun chapsticks to be able to choose from. They’re also in need of fun crafts such as small diamond art kits & craft supplies. We’re opening up an Amazon wish list for anyone interested in helping to gift more items to the girls at Our Home so they feel extra love from the community. ♥️

We’ll also continue taking donations at St. Johns through June 7th .
Here’s a list of items being collected:
Fun varieties of chapstick
24 packs crayons
24 packs colored pencils
10 packs markers
Small bottles of paints
Paint brushes
Small diamond art kits

VBS at St John Lutheran will be Monday, May 25th from 6:30-8:00 pm then Tuesday, May 26th through Thursday, May 28th from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. We're looking forward to being "On the go with Jesus" with our Road Trip theme!

Here are some important notes for the Bible School week:

Each child needs to bring a sack lunch Tuesday through Thursday.

Our VBS Mission will be collecting monetary donations daily for Jeff & Michelle Koch's family to offset medical/damage costs after their house fire. Please keep this family in your prayers as the fire uprooted their life and they're undergoing home repairs/reconstruction. Thank you for your help in surrounding them with extra love during this difficult time.

We will be collecting items below for Our Home in Parkston.

Chapstick (Their number one request is chapstick - they would love to have a variety of flavors for the kids to pick from!)
24 packs of crayons
24 packs of colored pencils
10 packs of markers
Smaller bottles of different paint colors
Paint Brushes
Small Diamond Art Kits

The kids will also be serving through action by creating Hope cards & packs for Rooted 23. These Hope packs are handed out by Lisa to anyone needing a little extra hope, comfort, and encouragement in our community.
