Have you seen the Summer Edition of the Church of God Evangel? We were honored as the Church of God Publishing House invited the state of Missouri to submit several articles for this quarterly issue, which will also be put in all of the General Assembly packets! We have five articles submitted by eight authors. Thank you to everyone who contributed. Check it out!

Our final night of Missouri Church of God Camp Meeting was a special one!

The evening began with our Teen and Junior Talent Showcase as young people used their God given gifts and talents to bring glory to Him. Following the showcase, the Youth Choir led us into a powerful time of worship.

Josh Carter then challenged us from Acts 5, reminding us that the Holy Spirit is a person, active and working from Genesis to Revelation. When we truly encounter Him, we are changed. He transforms the way we speak, walk, and live.

We were encouraged not to hold anything back from God. The enemy wants us to settle for less, but God is calling us to full surrender and complete trust. What may feel like isolation can actually be God protecting, developing, and preparing us for what’s next.

What an incredible week of worship, fellowship, and life changing messages. We leave Camp Meeting encouraged, refreshed, and ready to keep moving forward!

Today, Brian Cutshall brought a powerful message titled “Jesus Is Enough” from the book of Colossians.

Paul’s message to the churches of Colossae, Hierapolis, and Laodicea is still relevant today: when you have Jesus, you have everything you need. In a world that constantly tells us we need more, we must return to the declaration of the Apostle Paul that Jesus is enough.

Today’s Schedule:

• 4:00 PM – Youth Choir Rehearsal
• 6:00 PM – Teen & Junior Talent Showcase
Come encourage and support our young people as they use their gifts for God’s glory.
• 7:00 PM – Evening Service with Josh Carter
• Family Block Party immediately following the service

We’re looking forward to another great day in God’s presence. Join us as we continue moving forward together!

Camp Meeting Moving Forward 🇺🇸

Last night we honored America and our veterans with a special patriotic tribute led by the choir.

Rev. Kent Miller brought a powerful message, “The Call, The Cause, and The Cure,” from Ezekiel 18 and Ezekiel 3. He challenged us to be Kingdom minded instead of culture minded, to stand firm on God’s truth without compromise, and to not just have church, but be the Church.

One powerful statement:

“We have taught them how to have church, but not how to be the church.”

What a powerful message from Bryan Cutshall at Missouri Church of God Camp Meeting!

“The Anatomy of the Soul”
2 Corinthians 10:3–5

Today we were challenged to change the way we think about our identity and begin believing what God says about us. Psalm 139 reminds us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, created with purpose, value, and intention.

When Jesus lives inside of us, we carry the authority of Heaven. We are not merely natural beings trying to survive this world. We are people filled with the Spirit of God, called to walk in His power and purpose. Our bodies are His temple, and His presence is at work within us every day.

What an encouraging reminder that everywhere we look, we can see the fingerprints of our Creator.

Last night at Missouri Church of God Camp Meeting, Wayne Dority preached a powerful message from Matthew 15:21–28, “A Crumb for a Crisis.”

The Syrophoenician woman came to Jesus desperate, persistent, and full of faith. She wasn’t asking for a seat at the table. She believed even a crumb from the Master’s table was enough. In her lowest place, she pressed through every obstacle and refused to walk away.

What a reminder that God meets us in our desperation. Don’t let your darkness outmatch your desire for Him. Sometimes God hasn’t said “no.” He may simply be saying “not now.” Keep seeking, keep believing, and keep pressing toward Jesus. The miracle is worth moving through the mess.

All we need is a crumb from the Master’s table.
