Pastoring is more than standing behind a pulpit on Sunday morning. It is a calling that requires sacrifice, patience, compassion, prayer, and an unwavering commitment to God’s people.
Pastor Norris, although your journey with Union Bethel is still unfolding, we thank God for the assignment He has placed upon your life and for leading you to our church family. We recognize that ministry is not always easy, but we are grateful for your willingness to answer God’s call and serve His people.
Thank you for your leadership, your prayers, your dedication, and your heart for ministry. We pray that God continues to renew your strength, enlarge your territory, grant you wisdom, and bless the work of your hands.
Jeremiah 3:15 (KJV) reminds us: “And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.”
