Have you ever felt scrutinized, like someone was watching your every move? It’s unnerving. We look over our shoulders, grow self-conscious, and fear being exposed. It’s why public speaking terrifies us and why standing naked before a crowd is one of our most common nightmares. We don’t bear up well under scrutiny. That fear is as old as Eden. The moment Adam and Eve knew they were naked, they hid from the gaze of God and reached for flimsy fig leaves. We’ve been hiding and covering ever since. But what happens when hiding is no longer possible? Join us TODAY at GraceLife as we consider humanity’s fear of being fully seen: All Eyes on You.

“I’m against organized religion.” Ever heard that one? I have, plenty of times. I used to hear it as hostility toward Christianity. But after more than two decades as a pastor, I often hear something else: hurt. “Organized” religion has sometimes abused people, seized control, extorted money, and exploited the vulnerable, leaving disillusioned people in its wake. No wonder people are fed up with it—and especially with the leaders doing the organizing. But does that mean Christianity should be unorganized? Or worse, disorganized? Not at all. Christ loves his sheep, and he has a plan for how they should be cared for. Join us this 5th Sunday for Shepherds and Sheep. Afterwards, we’ll ordain three new elders, welcome new members, celebrate baptisms, and enjoy a BBQ lunch together as a church family!

Have you ever tried to help a struggling believer, only to realize later—to your surprise and grief—that what you said actually hurt them? Maybe you confronted someone who needed comfort. Or perhaps you offered gentle words to someone who needed a serious warning. Sometimes, even with the best intentions, we can do real harm when we carelessly engage in drive-by assistance. That’s why the Apostle Paul closes his letter to the Thessalonians with practical wisdom for helping hurting and struggling Christians. We’ll finish looking at his instructions this Sunday at GraceLife in Handle with Care, Part 2. 🌸

When I was a kid, a butterscotch candy lodged in my throat in the school parking lot. Struggling to breathe, I found the nearest adult and, with what little air I had left, stammered, “My…kidney…is…stuck.” She laughed, thinking I was joking. I wasn’t. I was choking and couldn’t tell her what was wrong. Thankfully, a teenage student noticed my face turning blue, grabbed me, hit my back a few times, and out came the candy. He saved my life. Misdiagnosis is serious. And it doesn’t just happen in hospitals—it happens in the church, often with serious consequences. In 1 Thessalonians 5:14, the Apostle Paul gives us wisdom for recognizing what people really need and caring for them well. Join us this Sunday at GraceLife for “Handle with Care.”

Humans are amazing creatures. We’ve crossed oceans, harnessed electricity, split the atom, cured diseases, put a supercomputer in nearly every pocket, and ushered in the age of artificial intelligence. Surely a civilization capable of such achievements must also be united, civilized, and moral. But the tragedy of humanity is that we have tried to build a world without God. The result is a broken world. A sinful world. A rebellious world. A world ripe for judgment. Genesis 11 is an ancient text, but it is as relevant today as when it was written. It exposes the folly of "Building a Life Without God." Join us this Sunday at 10am in the Deltona High School.

Genesis chapter 10 has been called the phonebook of the Old Testament, a construction zone, and even a skip chapter. But as we’ve already seen in this book, rich lessons emerge from genealogies: world history, human legacy, and divine sovereignty, to name a few. We’ll study them together. Fatherhood gets mixed reviews these days. Dads are told to be strong but gentle, ambitious but available, leaders but never controlling. The scorecards are confusing and many fathers feel like they can’t win. God offers a better foundation. This Father's Day, join us at GraceLife as we explore Galatians 6:14 and discover "A Father's Greatest Boast"—the one thing worth glorying in that can never be taken away. The only scorecard that ultimately matters, and one we could never earn on our own.
