So grateful for these folks from Dixon! They are a blessing. We celebrated my last Sunday on June 30 and they prayed for me as I move into my next assignment. Love them so much!

Next Sunday, June 30, is my last Sunday as pastor at Dixon UMC. I will be moving to pastor McKinley UMC where Peter Matthews is the current pastor. Pray for us as we make moves, make ministry and create opportunities that are beneficial to the people and pleasing to God.

Everyone who rides their dog in the car: Make sure you have a leash on them. I was riding beside a woman whose bulldog was hanging out the window in rush hour traffic on Salem Ave. She stopped and the dog fell out the car window onto the pavement in front of me! Lucky, I was able to stop. He was okay. I was not.

I need a nebulizer and a small window unit air conditioner for a young lady who just came by the church. She had some other needs which we have taken care of. She’s got COPD.
