Most choir/groups/soloist settle because they dont want to put the time in. If you are not willing to put personal time in to perfect your sound maybe the music ministry is not for you.

After years of doing music, the question now becomes "What kind of director do you have"?
Remember the members only do and say what the directors do and say, if you act like you don't care the vocals wont care. If its not important to the director the members will say its not important to them either. Most Church/Community Choir suffer because the director has checked out!!!!

The one thing that hinder most music Ministries is trying to do something but doing it wrong because you don't want to ask for help. Its better to ask for HELP and not get it than need it and not ask for it!!!
