Today was “SCOOP, THERE IT IS!” and our DLC kiddos had an absolute BLAST! 🤩

We loaded up on ice cream sundaes with all the yummy toppings 🍨🍫🍬 and even challenged those taste buds with a fun game that had us laughing, guessing, and trying a few things we weren’t so sure about! 😂😋

Because at DLC, we believe Fridays are for FUN, making memories, and maybeeee a little extra sugar!

🍊🧡 ORANGE YOU GLAD IT’S FRIDAY?! 🧡🍊

What an INCREDIBLE Fun Friday we had at DLC! Our kiddos showed up in their orange and came ready for FUN! 🎉 Thank you to all of our families who helped their kiddos participate! 🧡

But today wasn’t just about wearing orange. We turned our theme into a powerful lesson about the Armor of God! 🛡️

Using a glass jar and two oranges, we showed our kiddos what happens when we are covered versus uncovered. The peeled orange sank, while the orange that still had its peel floated! 🍊

Mr. LT used this illustration to remind them that God has given us spiritual armor to help us stand strong. Ephesians 6 teaches us about the belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, shoes of peace, shield of faith, helmet of salvation, and sword of the Spirit. When we put on the full Armor of God, we are equipped to stand against the enemy, hold onto our faith, and keep standing when life gets hard! 💪🏽🛡️

We turned DLC into our very own INDOOR REC HALL to beat this heat, and these babies had a BLAST!

🎉✨ We are OFFICIALLY into our first full week of school, and the fun just keeps getting better! ✨🎉

Every afternoon at Dominion Learning Center has been filled with laughter, exciting games, creative activities, smiling faces, and plenty of unforgettable moments! Our goal is to make every child feel welcomed, encouraged, and excited to come through our doors, and we are loving every minute of it!

There’s nothing better than hearing the laughter echo through the halls, watching friendships grow, and seeing our students have so much fun while learning and making memories together.

🎉📚 What an INCREDIBLE first few days back to school at Dominion Learning Center! 📚🎉

What an amazing start to the school year! Our first few days have been filled with nonstop laughter, exciting games, fun activities, new friendships, and yes… LOTS (and we mean LOTS! 🍬😂) of candy!

The excitement has been contagious, and it’s been so much fun watching our students jump right into the new school year with smiles, energy, and enthusiasm. This is exactly the kind of atmosphere we love to create! A place where kids feel welcomed, encouraged, and excited to learn every single day.

Fun Friday was a SWEET success! 🍦☀️

This afternoon our students created their “Scoops of Truth” craft, then headed over to Truth Scoops – DLC’s Ice Cream Shop for a special treat! Everyone enjoyed 2 scoops of ice cream with all their favorite toppings, lots of laughter, and even sweeter memories.

At Dominion Learning Center, we love creating fun experiences that keep kids smiling, learning, and making memories all summer long!

What an incredible first night of Open House! 🎉

We had such a wonderful evening welcoming our Dominion Learning Center families! It was a blessing to see so many smiling faces as parents met teachers, visited classrooms, completed enrollment, and prepared for another amazing school year.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our first night such a success. We truly appreciate your partnership and are excited for everything this school year has in store!
