Some of the things I once prayed for God to take away are the very things He used to make me who I am.
The hard seasons taught me to pray.
The disappointments taught me to trust.
The closed doors taught me that His plans are better than mine.
And the valleys taught me that He really will walk with us through anything.
You may not understand the season you're in tonight, but don't believe for a second that God is wasting it.
One day you may look back at the thing that almost broke you and realize God used it to build something in you that couldn't have been built any other way.
Keep trusting Him.
