Some are suggesting i move the Old Time Brusharbor to the 3rd Monday of September. Is that OK with you? It usually turns out to be the same week as the Tennessee Valley Fiddlers Convention.
That will put it September 21-25. 3026.

Old Time Brusharbor meeting is an out door church service in William B Bankhead National Forest on Leola Road in Lawrence County Alabama.
1911 County Road 89 Danville AL.
We have open mic singing at 6pm with Service at 7pm with singing and preaching.

What do you know or think or want to know about Old Time Brusharbor ?
When I built my home here in Bankhead Forest in the mid 90's I was cleaning up around the house, one day, i looked at what God had allowed me to do. I was thinking this exactly what I had prayed for when I was a teenager and God had answered my prayer. I wanted to build my own home from clearing the land to making lumber off the land and that is exactly what God allowed. I stopped and prayed. "Thank you Lord for answering my prayer, now Lord use this place for your Glory. The next year my wife and I planned to have a Memorial Day Blast, we called. We invited family which included our Church family. We asked the preachers to preach when the Lord leads you, of which there were several, and we are and sang. Well, lol l, the preachers, I guess, were just enjoying themselves but not preaching. So I walked up to my Cousin W***y McDougald, who at that was visiting from Michigan, and said don't you have something from the Lord? And so it started. We had 5 preach. It was a true blessing.
We built the Brusharbor i think in September of 2012, then the next year combined it with the Memorial Day Blast. We have been blessed by so many that come and praise the Lord with us.
