God wants men to be prayerful leaders bringing their families, needs, and concerns to Him and trusting Him in every situation.
1 Timothy 2:8 — “I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.”
James 5:16 — “The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.”
