Meet one of our incredible partners for No Wasted Summer Camp 2026. 🌱

Arlana Brumfield of H believes every child should know how to grow something. This summer she is bringing that belief directly to our campers.

Arlana will be with us two days every week from June 1 through July 31, leading hands-on youth agriculture programming right here at Planted Hope Community Garden on our campus. Kids will get their hands in the soil, learn where food comes from, and walk away knowing they can grow something from nothing.

That is exactly the kind of summer we are building. Not just a place to be. A place to become.

We are so grateful for partners who pour into our kids with the same intention we do. Soilutions is the real deal and we cannot wait for our campers to experience what she brings.

Registration is still open for Pre-K 4 through 5th grade. $75 per week. Meals covered. Dallas, TX.

But at No Wasted Summer Camp -- we are just getting started.
June 1st. Village Disciple Center. Pre-K4 through 5th grade.
Monday through Friday. $75 a week with meals covered daily.
Learning does not take a summer off and neither do we.

No Wasted Summer Camp is a 501(c)(3) program serving Dallas youth all summer long and we are actively looking for organizations, businesses, and community leaders who want to make an impact.

Whether you have a space to host a week of camp, expertise to share, or resources to donate -- there is a place for you at the table.

Attention college students -- are you looking for real, hands-on experience this summer that actually counts?

No Wasted Summer Camp is now accepting intern applications for Summer 2026! We are a nine-week youth development and academic enrichment program serving children Pre-K 4 through 5th grade in Dallas, and we are looking for driven students who want to do meaningful work in the field.

If you are studying in any of these areas, we have a place for you:

🧠 Mental Health -- Support the social-emotional wellbeing of campers and assist with reflection activities, conflict resolution, and a trauma-informed environment.

🌱 Agriculture -- Work alongside our garden programming team and help youth connect to the land, food systems, and sustainability.

👶 Early Childhood Education -- Get direct classroom experience with our Pre-K and Kindergarten campers in a structured, nurturing setting.

📖 Elementary Education -- Support instruction, small group learning, and literacy development with our K through 5th grade campers.

🧬 STEM -- Lead and support hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math activities that bring learning to life.

🌍 Public Health -- Contribute to our health and wellness programming, family outreach, and community-centered care practices.

This is not a coffee-and-copies internship. You will work directly with children, alongside experienced educators and program leaders, in a community that needs you.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit program. Many of our intern positions qualify for academic credit -- check with your program coordinator.
