How can leaders develop this kind of humble appreciation for themselves? Gist says, “Humility requires self-awareness and free will (choice). If people have the right foundation (the elements being reasonable self-awareness and openness to growth in this), there is a good chance they can develop or improve leader humility. If one or the other element is lacking, the odds are not good.”

God, give me the kind of character that makes me worthy of the the calling you have on my life...in the Name of Jesus! I know the enemy is after our belief system! If the enemy can change our belief system than he can make us doubt what God has for us. If he gets ahold of our belief system than he's able to change our character...which then makes us not walk in power, we will not walk in boldness, we will not walk in authority... because we will not trust in who God says we are! I pray, that every person reading this knows just how valued and worthy they are! I give God all the Honor and all the Glory for all that he's done in my life! Lately I've been going through a spiritual battle...I just thank God that because of all the love and wisdom he's giving me...I know what to do!

Integrity is not what you appear to be when all eyes are on you! It's who you are when no one is looking.It's a level of morality below what you never fall, no matter what's happening around you, it's a high standard of honesty, truthfulness, decency and honor that is never breached! It's doing for others the way you would want them to do for you! Integrity happens in the heart therefore being a person of integrity is something you must choose to do on your own but you can prayerfully help fight the enemy that seeks to snare you and keep you from making the right decision. Even when you make the right choice, there will be a negative reaction to it in the realm of evil... but your prayers can help shield yourself and your loved ones from anything that causes yourself or your loved ones to doubt and waiver and give you all the strength to do what's right even when no one's looking!!! In the name of Jesus sometimes is all you got to say that name carries so much weight and so much power! I give God all the honor and all the glory for what he's done in my life and my family's life! I pray that everyone knows the love of God and experiences the love of God the way that I have it is truly life-changing!
