The generosity of the Texas Baptists family is strengthening pastors in their God-given calling!

Pastor Carlos Quijada, pastor of The Way Ministries in San Antonio, TX, joined a Pastor Strong cohort and was immediately blessed by the community he built there with other local pastors. Pastor Quijada shared that his family and congregation have also been blessed by this ministry, inspiring them to pursue better health.

This kind of impact only happens when local Texas Baptists churches give to the mission of the Texas Baptists Cooperative Program. Thank you, churches, for your generosity!

The generosity of Texas Baptists churches is bringing life change! 🙌

Wesley Brown, pastor of Cowboy Church of Collin County, participated in Pave in 2025, a Texas Baptists ministry that helps churches evaluate their church health. Through Pave, pastor Brown was challenged to do a sermon series on baptism to explore the "why" behind believer's baptism.

After doing this, the church saw a wave of individuals expressing their faith through baptism. In a church of about 250 congregants, over 30 people were baptized!

This kind of impact only happens through the generosity of local Texas Baptists churches who come together to make a difference right where they are. Thank you, churches, for your "yes" to being a part of what God is doing in Texas and beyond.
