We are super excited for this upcoming Sunday! We certainly hope you are too and that you are making plans to be there 🙌🏻

We will have a fellowship meal after the service in the gym. The church will be providing, meat, drinks and rolls. Please do your part in preparing generously for our guests.

Pastor Jesse and Cynthia Webb from Brooks Chapel Ministries along with 60+ precious folks from their congregation will be joining us for worship. They are visiting The Ark Experience on Saturday and staying over for our service on Sunday.

If you’re able, park in the rear so we are sure to have plenty of parking space. Invite your friends and families to join us for what is sure to be a memorable and powerful day at Calvary.

Yesterday at Calvary was an event filled Father’s Day!

The morning started off with Donuts with Dad for breakfast. During the morning service, each “Tacky Tie” was adorned by several men in the church. The return of this fun event was a big hit raising $340 for BGMC 🤩

There were two baby dedications - Dalilah and Asher Fryman 🩷💙

All the men in the church were recognized for the important role they play in the lives of their families. During the sermon, Pastor Steve shared what the word says of who our Father in Heaven is.

The service concluded with two water baptisms - Violet Fryman and Madison Shepherd. Such a special day for all God’s children. We are so very blessed at Calvary to have such a beautiful family and caring, loving Father.

Emerald Crossing VBS Day 3

🍀 Today we learned that we don’t have to be afraid because God is always with us.

🍀 Our little ones love singing and dancing to the worship music. The older kids love the competition of the games. It was such a fun filled day for everyone!

🍀 Tomorrow is our fun day! We will meet at HCA at 10:30 for pizza and playtime 😀

🍀 Emerald Crossing VBS Day 2!

📖 Today we learned that David toppled Goliath with a slingshot and the Name of the Lord!

👶 We are super excited about our toddler class this year! We enjoy teaching our little ones God’s word ♥️

🎾 Today was filled with fun and games as we knocked our “boxed Goliath” down with our crafty slingshots, pool noodles and by throwing balls!

🥳 It is also Pastor Steve’s birthday today! Everybody enjoyed lots of cupcakes to celebrate him. A fun time was had by all!

✨ VBS starts tomorrow for preschool through 5th grade from 10-12:30 pm. Lunch will be provided.

✨ Join us for a fun filled adventure week as we journey through Psalm 23 and learn about the life of King David.

✨ You may register your children at the door. Calvary is located at 325 Webster Avenue on the hilltop across from the Harrison County High School. We can’t wait to see you!
