From Going in Circles to Growing in Circles

Takeaways from yesterday’s message:

Let us.

Let us gather. Let’s us lean on one another. Let us encourage one another.

The banana that leaves the bunch gets eaten. I was encouraged to invite others into my circle & to not neglect speaking life to my circle.

Hebrews 10:19-25. The amount of “Let us” in there. Spoke to me. I have a friend who is spirit filled knows scripture but says he doesn’t need to be in a church. Reminded me of the parable of talents. Verse 25. So good. Let us not neglect our meetings. Encourage eachother. Good word yesterday Pastor.

One thing that spoke to me from yesterday’s message was that “your surroundings matter because your heart is always learning.” The people and influences we allow around us can shape us a lot more than we think.
That also connected with the point you made saying “this isn’t about perfection, it’s about direction.” For me this is looking for the people who are being perfected because they are choosing to apply God’s word in their life and not let the world mold who they are. (Romans 12:2)

Hi 👋
Something that spoke to my yesterday was your circles matter. The people around you will either influence you to go farther, or teach you bad habits or negativity. For me, I’ve learned that the people around me matter the most when life gets hard so that point hit hard. Your points on miracles happening though the church body also spoke to me and was highlighted because one of my favorite scriptures is James 5:16.
