Sacred Heart Church is blessed to have the Immaculate Heart Adoration Chapel, Join our Diocese in celebrating the 250th Anniversary of our Country and the dedication of our Country to the Consecration of the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus on June 11th by signing up with the following link to pray a Holy Hour between June 3rd and June 11th.

As our nation prepares to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence in 2026, the U.S. bishops will consecrate the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus on June 11.

In response, the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux is inviting our communities to join in prayer for the unity, healing, and renewal of our country through Eucharistic Adoration. Our goal is to complete 250 Holy Hours from June 3-June 11 in honor of this historic milestone!

Tonight we celebrated Graduation Mass at Sacred Heart for the Class of 2026. 🎓🙏

What a blessing to gather in prayer and thanksgiving for these seniors as they prepare for a new chapter in life.

May the Holy Spirit guide them and Christ remain at the center of all they do.

RELIGIOUS ED REGISTRATION
Registration for Religious Ed classes will begin on June 1st. The deadline to register for grades 6 to 11 is August 1st and grades 1-5 is September 1st. All registrations will be taken online. To access the registration form go to:

We ask parents to make every effort to get their children registered as soon as possible so that preparations can be made in advance. Also, please include phone numbers for 2 DIFFERENT adults in charge and their RELATIONSHIP `to the child.

The May Crowning of the Blessed Mother will take place at 11 AM Mass on Sunday May 10th, Mother's Day We invite all Religious Ed students especially our First Communion class to take part in the crowning by bringing a flower to Mary and processing in at the beginning of mass. Younger siblings may take part as well.
