Spiritual Ministry Reflection by Jane Dietzman | Scriptures: Deuteronomy 8:2-3,14b-16a, 1 Corinthians 10:16-17 and Gospel of John 6:51-58 | “Remember how for forty years now the Lord, your God has directed all your journeying in the desert. . .”, oh my friends, ponder this: remember how for “your years of life”, 30 or maybe 80 years, God has directed all your journeying on this earth? Remember the afflictions and how you were fed with his manna. God guided us though our deserts. God fed us from one loaf and there was enough for all of us. God’s body and blood of Jesus Christ is what feeds us, keeps Christ alive within us and we in Christ, our eternal life. Blessed are we to know and receive the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ!
