KVC BACK-TO-SCHOOL BASH - Plans are shaping up to have a great event for the students at KVC in St James on Friday, August 21. We still need volunteers to make this an event the kids will remember! Next Sunday, August 16 we will meet after church for instructions from Travis. He will need a copy of your driver's license. Please consider joining the group!

KVC BACK-TO-SCHOOL BASH - Friday, August 21 beginning between 10 and 10:30am until around 3pm. Our church will be utilizing the Outreach Grant received from the Conference to supply fun and school supplies for the young residents of KVC. The plan is to have three stations:
1. Food. 2. Bounce obstacle course. 3. Dunking booth where Mr. Moore, aka Travis will be on the seat.
We will need at least 9 volunteers. We are excited and we thank you for your support in this opportunity to reach others in the name of Christ outside our church!

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

BEETLEJUICE, JR—Jacob Sherrill will be performing in "Beetlejuice, JR" at OAT in Rolla on Fri-Sun, August 7-9. Jacob is Otho (the interior designer). Ethan is back stage as part of the tech crew. Tickets are available now. Showtimes are Friday and Saturday at 7pm and Sunday at 2pm.

Cuba UMC has a new steeple. Come and check it out!

If you stop by on a Sunday, come in for our worship service. The service is at 10:30 AM every Sunday morning. All are welcome.

Bring the kiddos.....we have a Children's Sermon followed by Children's Church. If you want to stop by a little earlier, we have an Adult Sunday School Class at 9:30 AM.
