Good morning, White Oak United Methodist Church family and Facebook friends! Today, our sanctuary was filled with beautiful shades of pink as we came together to celebrate Clergy Appreciation Month and Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

Rev. Dr. Alfred Boyd Jr. led our congregation in a powerful testimonial service centered on the theme, “It’s Amazing How God Provides! It’s Just Amazing!”

Members of our congregation were given the opportunity to share their testimonies of God’s goodness, faithfulness, protection, and blessings throughout this year. Every testimony reminded us that even when life gets difficult, God is still providing, protecting, and making a way!

When we look back over our lives and see how far God has brought us, all we can say is, “It’s just amazing!”

Thank you, Rev. Dr. Boyd, for leading us in a meaningful worship experience, and thank you to everyone who shared their testimony.

At White Oak UMC, we celebrate God’s goodness, honor those who serve, and stand together in faith, hope, and love!

Today, we celebrate Laity Sunday! Our very own Lay Leader, Sis. Patricia Bryant, brought the spoken word on faith, love, and service. This Year’s Theme: “Together By Grace: Be Grounded in Love” Ephesians 3:17
