We tried a fun trend yesterday, and it turned into the sweetest reminder of trust and self-control.

“I trust my student.”
And they proved me right. 🥹

Each child carefully knocked the cone off my head without hitting me, from preschool all the way through 6th grade. Not a single head bonk!

These kids are learning more than Bible stories… they’re learning focus, gentleness, and confidence. So proud of them! 🧡

We have had the absolutely best year for our children’s ministry kiddos! I have so many photos I couldn’t include them all in this short video. My prayer is that we have an excellent 2026 by bringing more children into our ministry to learn about Jesus and begin their faith journey alongside Him. If you have been looking for a safe place for your child or children to grow in their faith and experience wonderful new memories, we are here for you! We are so excited to get back into our Wednesday night programming at CSMC!!! We have something for everyone! If you are looking for a Children’s Ministry Program (I have 3 available!) or a Bible Study Group to join on Wednesday nights prayerfully consider joining us. Crystal Springs Methodist Church True North VBS starts in less than two weeks!!! If you haven’t registered your kiddos yet, here is your chance!!! We have our preschool Juneau’s Puppy Playhouse True North VBS experience for ages 3-5 (K), it only has 3 spots left! Our elementary True North experience is for kiddos entering grades 1st-6th!! Crystal Springs Methodist Church Invites YOUR Children to True North: Trusting Jesus in a Wild World

A summer kids’ event called True North will be hosted at CSMC from Sunday, July 6 to Thursday, July 10, 2025. At True North, kids discover what it means to trust Jesus in a wild world! Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, have a delicious and fun dinner, experience one-of-a-kind Bible Adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of Jesus’ love, and test out sciency-fun experiments they’ll never forget. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concludes with a Compass Closing that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. Family members and friends are encouraged to join in daily for this special time at 7:30PM every night.
Kids at True North will join a mission effort to provide canned food and non-perishables to our local SOS Food Pantry and collect change for the project they want to donate to with Samaritans Purse.
