With the weather forecast calling for rain from late Friday night through most of the day Saturday, we are making the call to postpone the Liberty cruise-in to our May 9 makeup date.

We want to be good neighbors to the folks that hold the Cody Renfroe rod run on May 9 as well. They begin at noon, so our plan will be to have all our food served and door prizes given away by 11:30, so people can participate in both shows on May 9.

We had a great week of VBS! We had 98 kids registered, and we are praising the Lord for the 2 souls saved!

We also raised $884.23 to donate to the Children’s Advocacy Center. The girls gave more than the boys, so our youth minister, Ryan Barrontine, took a trip to the dunk tank.
